The Philosophy behind KDC...

KDC is dedicated to exchanging ideas, learning for personal growth, and the development of a righteous fighting prowess. KDC is not interested in factory style, cookie-cutter, martial arts programs. We do not have belts, and we do not use important sounding titles. We have always been leery of people who call themselves "Masters".

What is important to KDC is truth. We seek the truth in combat, the truth in the martial arts way, and the truth in our own lives. We do not hold on to an art or style because of it's tradition, but rather because of it's function.

We do have expressed ranks, however we do not use belts, uniforms, or self important titles. We endeavor to express ourselves as honestly as possible and still remain open to new qualities of life. To go beyond what we are and strive to be the best that we can be.
